Yes. You want your skin to be clean and free of makeup or serums. This will allow the light to penetrate more deeply.
If you are under the age of 45 you should do one session per week for 5 weeks to achieve the maximum benefit. After that, you will want to do one session every 2-3 months to maintain the benefit.
If you are over the age of 45 you should do the 5 sessions over a 2.5 week period. After that you will want to do one session every 2 -3 months to maintain the benefit.
